Based on Resolution No. ۴۸۰۱۳ /ت۲۳۲۵۱ هـ dated ۱۳۸۱/۱۲/۱۱ of the esteemed Council of Ministers and considering the fulfillment of the necessary conditions and the qualification approval of Power Control Company in the Comprehensive Qualification Assessment System of the Executive Technical System, this certificate confirms the company’s qualification for contracting activities from the date of issuance until the end of the evaluation period, and at the latest until ۱۳۹۶/۱۱/۸.
This is to certify that Power Control Company has operated as the main contractor for the installation and execution of mechanical, electrical, and chemical facilities of the MF calcium plant of this group from August 2005 to September 2007. The company’s performance in technical and expert fields, including interaction with the employer’s supervisory body for drafting final execution plans, adherence to the project schedule, allocation of an experienced technical team for implementation, and having adequate financial strength for project execution, has been fully satisfactory.
